The Vision

A port is never just a place of transit: it is the threshold where dreams begin, the exact point where the mainland embraces the promises of the sea. When Roma Cruise Terminal srl chose Graphis Studio to bring the inauguration of the new “Bramante” Cruise Terminal to life, we knew we weren’t just organizing a simple institutional event, but creating a collective emotion. We wanted to celebrate not only a majestic architectural work, but the essence of travel and hospitality.

Our Touch

We took care of every single breath of this memorable day, managing the 360-degree organization. We wanted every guest, from their very first step, to feel like part of a story.

From the development of the graphic design concepts to the printing and decoration of the directional totems, every visual element was conceived to guide attendees with elegance and clarity. To transform the space into a true theater, we designed and set up stages and imposing ledwalls, creating backdrops capable of amplifying every smile and every official speech.

The Soul of the Event

But an unforgettable inauguration needs a beating heart. We conducted a meticulous search for the entertainment, selecting musical groups and performers capable of making the air of Civitavecchia vibrate, creating a perfect soundtrack for the evening’s sparkling atmosphere.

The Grand Finale: Light on the Sea

For the climax of the event, we wanted something that looked to the future. We chose to set aside traditional fireworks to offer the audience a different kind of magic: a spectacular Laser Show. Dancing beams of light, interwoven to the rhythm of music, painted the harbor night, uniting the sky, the water, and the new structure in an embrace of pure technological and emotional wonder.

More than a simple inauguration, it was a symphony of lights, sounds, and pride. For us at Graphis Studio, directing the first day of the Bramante Terminal’s life was an extraordinary journey.
