For the 2026 edition of Transport Logistic China in Shanghai, we designed and built the exhibition space for MarcoPoloLine Group, an international network of logistics professionals.
The objective was to move away from the cold standards of the industrial sector, creating a warm, welcoming environment with a strong emphasis on “green” sustainability, perfectly suited to represent the global synergy of the group and its hosted partners, including Across Logistics, AGL, Arnaud, and B2S.
As Graphis Studio, we handle every management and administrative phase, especially for overseas locations, to guarantee our clients a “worry-free” trade show experience. Having previously managed booth setups in Shanghai for Transport Logistic China, we brought all our logistical and organizational expertise to the project.
Booth Design and Concept
We transformed the corporate identity into architecture, studying traffic flows and pathways to best welcome visitors. The booth stands out for its bold material and visual choices:
- Natural Atmosphere: Extensive use of light wood slats for both walls and the reception desk, enhanced by lush vertical living walls and decorative plants cascading from the supporting columns.
- Elegant Brand Visibility: The “MarcoPoloLine Group” logo was created in 3D with sophisticated backlighting, set into the slatted wood counter to stand out elegantly along the trade show aisles.
- Warm Lighting: To break away from the technical lighting of exhibition halls, we incorporated woven wicker and bamboo pendant lamps, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
Functional Areas for B2B Networking
The flow design was conceived to maximize networking opportunities:
- Lounge & Meeting: High tables customized with partner network logos and comfortable seating areas with white leather armchairs, ideal for informal meetings.
- Multimedia Communication: Large monitors seamlessly integrated into the slatted walls display corporate videos, customs information, and partner testimonials, capturing the attention of passing visitors.
- High-Level Hospitality: An elegant open catering area, managed by dedicated staff, offers refreshments, beverages, and finger food, attending to every detail of the guest experience.
